After-school cafés and hosting individual counselling sessions have now restarted in the Undercroft.  Thursday Alt Ed has also been running again since April.  There are plans for renewing work onsite at Wilmslow High School from September.  The pandemic made it very hard to stay in touch with young people, but the good news is that the youth project has adapted and emerged stronger from the challenges it has overcome.

A new course for all parents of teenagers starts on Wednesday evenings, 7:30 – 9:30pm, from 16th June.  Cost £15 per person, or £25 per couple.  Please contact Lynne Leng by following the link on wilmslowyouth.com for more information.

Source Youthwork became a charity in April 2019.  It was set up by Wilmslow URC and Life Church Wilmslow to promote our concern for young people in this area, which began under the title Wilmslow Youth.  We believe our Christian faith calls on us to try and meet young people’s needs, improve their quality of life and help them to build community.
